All manufactured chemicals are packaged in an ISO 5 cleanroom, with the aseptic filling operations coupled with the validated and proven ability to irradiate a final product. Assurances are taken in every aspect concerning sterility and particulate removal, the range allows you to choose the right rotational program for cleanroom disinfection or sanitisation to meet the needs of your facility.
All chemicals are delivered with lot specific documentation and is completely lot traceable. Sterile products are double bagged and validated for sterility and shelf life.
DEC-QUAT
Two different hard surface disinfectants that are processed to comply with the standards required by pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare industries. DEC-QUAT® 100, a quaternary ammonium solution, and DEC-QUAT® 200C, a fifth generation quaternary ammonium solution, were both developed for use in cleaning rotation cycles where hard surface disinfectants are required to maintain a clean environment.
A variety of containers and formats are available to suit all end user needs including sterile, non-sterile, concentrate and ready to use.
DEC-SPORE
A peracetic acid hydrogen peroxide solution that can be mixed to two different concentrations; disinfection and sporicidal.
A variety of containers and sizes are available to comply with your requirements to transport into classified areas these include sterile, non-sterile, concentrate and ready to use formats.
HYPO-CHLOR
EPA registered hypochlorite solutions, formulated with USP WFI and concentrated at 0.25%, 0.52% or 5.25%. One-step, ready-to-use, sanitisers, disinfectant and fungicides.
A variety of containers and sizes are available including sterile and non-sterile options.
STERI-PEROX
Two hydrogen peroxide solutions formulated with USP water for injection at 3% and 6% concentrations – an effective one-step, ready-to-use, oxidising cleaner. Reduces exposure concerns for VOCs in cleanroom operations, no residue and designed for washable, non-porous, hard, inanimate environmental surfaces.
A variety of containers and sizes available in both sterile and non-sterile options.
HYPO-CHLOR® Neutral
Two effective, neutralised sodium hypochlorite solutions formulated with USP Water for Injection at 0.25% or 0.52% concentrations. This neutralized solution can be used as an improved and enhanced sodium hypochlorite cleaner on numerous cleanroom surfaces with reduced consequences of corrosion, pitting, and rusting.
Designed for all pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, medical device, and diagnostic manufacturing cleaning rotations that demand a neutral pH sodium hypochlorite solution adequate for maintaining a clean and critical environment.
