The disposable garment product lines have been designed specifically for the needs of an aseptic cleanroom operation. The full range of facemasks are soft, comfortable and have excellent breathability, blend of rayon and laminated with an acrylic binder.
The PF-2 Face Mask is made of rayon and laminated with an acrylic binder that has low particulate and shedding characteristics. The Face Mask allows for excellent breathability, comfort, and protection, while maintaining filtration efficiency.
PF-2 Face Masks provide excellent facial coverage and are ideal for use in any cleanroom operation.
Available with elastic straps or 4 ties. Individually packaged and sterile or non-sterile.
The PF-4 Face Mask is made up of 3 layers of non-woven material with 2 silicon-free elastic head loop bands. The material is hypoallergenic and soft to prevent skin irritation and allergy problems. This mask includes a coated metal strip that acts as a nose piece to keep the mask secure when worn.
Intended uses include sterile manufacturing and for the prevention of small particle inhalation
Individually packaged and sterile.
FaceVector 3-Ply Masks comprise of 3 layers of polypropylene material with two elastic, silicon-free, and lint-free ear loop bands. Soft material to help prevent skin irritation or allergies, the masks include a coated metal strip that acts as a nose piece to keep the mask secure when work.
These masks comply with ASTM F2100-19 Level 1 and EN14683 Type 1 barrier level, physical testing, and safety testing parameters. Intended industry use includes pharmaceutical, biotechnology, lab animal research, compounding pharmacies, and in hospitals for particle filtration.
National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) approved N95 filtering face mask. Mask is effective against particulate aerosols free of oil and is intended to be used to prevent the inhalation of small particles and airborne contaminates
