The choice of packaging systems becomes of utmost importance for proper alignment with the requirements of the new Annex 1. The success of the sterilisation cycle depends on several factors closely related to the selection of the packaging material: only a low degree of particle release, an anti-microbial barrier of maximum effectiveness, a bill that allows uniform steam penetration, and last but not least tear and puncture resistance can ensure a proper autoclave cycle.
DuPontTM Tyvek® 1422A material, ideal to sterilise and protect components and tools from contamination in sterile production areas. The fastest method for protecting and covering small components and tools from an external contamination in production areas. Prevent the entrance of dust and particles, ensuring a more effective barrier than medical paper, fully autoclavable with low particle release and highly breathable, these bags are moisture and puncture resistance.
