AB Scientific Achieves EcoVadis ‘Committed’ Sustainability Rating on the Journey Towards Carbon Neutrality
AB Scientific is proud to announce that it has been awarded EcoVadis’ ‘Committed’ sustainability rating, recognising the company’s full commitment to environmental, ethical and responsible business practices. This achievement marks an important milestone in our sustainability journey and further strengthens our position as a trusted partner to clinical, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors across the UK and Ireland.
EcoVadis is one of the world’s most widely recognised business sustainability assessment platforms, evaluating organisations across four key areas: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.

We continue to prioritise reducing our environmental footprint and building a more sustainable operation. As part of our carbon reduction programme, we transitioned deliveries away from polystyrene packaging to fully recyclable paper-based alternatives, replaced plastic-based packing materials with paper alternatives, and worked with logistics and facilities partners to reduce operational emissions. Carbon neutrality is a focus and continued expansion of environmental initiatives across the business.
